Get to know the members of staff who make LiquiDance such a great place to learn
Miss Anna founded LiquiDance in 2007 and has guided it's growth to become the thriving performing arts school it is today. Her ambition has lead the school to develop into a well-established, safe and welcoming environment for students to learn and develop their skills across a wide range of dance disciplines.
Miss Anna discovered her love for dance at the age of 3, when she was taken to her very first ballet class. Since then, her passion for all styles has continued to grow, and lead her to take a BA (Hons) in Dance Practice and perform for dance agencies around the UK.
Having previously taught Degree students at University Centre Doncaster, Miss Anna is a fully qualified teacher with a PGCE (University of Hull), IDTA qualified and certified to safely teach Acro through the Acrobatic Arts.
Miss Ella is a very versatile performer who trained at London Studio Centre in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Singing and Acting. Here she gained her BA (Hons) Degree in Performing Arts specialising in Jazz, Commercial and Street. It is here where Miss Ella found her love of choreography and teaching, which she has pursued throughout her career.
Ella has performed at many venues, including The Shaftesbury Avenue Theatre and New Wimbledon Theatre, whilst also completing a Jazz company tour working with top West End choreographers. She has recently come back from a professional dance contract in Cyprus, where she performer in various Musical Theatre productions such as The Greatest Showman, Grease, Thriller and Jersey Boys.
Miss Sarah is a voluntary member of our support team and works on reception at LiquiDance, processing payments, uniform orders and dealing with customers.
She is often the first point of contact for parents when the teaching staff are busy teaching.
Like Miss Diane, Miss Sarah will often be found doing a variety of jobs to ensure that the dance school runs as smoothly as possible. She too can be found backstage, helping at competitions or assisting in class!
Miss Abbie has been a member of the LiquiDance teaching team for several years and teaches a variety of styles for us.
A graduate student with BA (Hons) in Performance Industries, she has been dancing since the age of nine and specialises in Commercial, Contemporary and Modern Jazz.
Since completing her studies, Miss Abbie has been involved with several dance companies in the north of England including the Revolution Dance Theatre, the Leodis Dance Collective and Northern Contemporary. Her love for dance is clear for all to see and shines through in her choreography.
Miss Diane is a voluntary member of our support staff and can often be found helping out at the LiquiDance Studios, ensuring that they continue to run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Whether working on reception, cleaning the studios, replenishing stock or helping out back stage at performances, Miss Diane's many years of experience working with children are invaluable to the company.
She tirelessly helps to make sure that both student and parents get the best experience possible from their time at LiquiDance.
